About this role
Being a leader in the softlanding and foreign companies’ consultation services, Setup.sa strives to sustain a pipeline of high quality SQLs while maintaining long-term win-win relationships with our clients in both the private and public sectors.
The BD & Sales Manager will lead Setup.sa’s efforts by implementing strategic directions across sales, BD, partnerships and marketing. They will work on sustaining exponential growth, scaling our scope service provision and maintaining our position and brand image towards market leadership. They will also work closely with existing and new partners to provide more value to our clients and achieve sustainable ROI.
Key responsibilities
- Building and developing the sales process; taking into consideration the team structure, process engineering, tools, CRMs, systems, etc.
- Leading outbound sales calls and meetings to potential clients and prospects.
- Tracking sales leads in our CRM/Project Management tools, and viewing/reporting key sales information on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Hiring and training sales team members and supervising them.
- Developing and managing sales pipelines with prospective clients.
- Building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Responsible for achieving agreed upon sales targets and supervising all sales and business development efforts within Setup.sa.
- Cross-selling and upselling Setup.sa products.
- Identifying emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Suggesting and contributing to the development of new products, solutions and revenue lines by collecting feedback and data from the clients and the market.
- Building a portfolio of value-added services through strategic partnership which might include local and international services providers and consultants.
- Building strategic long-term partnerships that contribute to direct revenue generation.
- Designing and building strategic unconventional partnerships that generate potential revenues.
- Responsible for the general image and brand equity of Setup.sa.
- Building and contributing to the implementation of Setup.sa’s marketing strategy.
- Maintaining open communication and collaboration with senior management for effective decision-making.
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of related experience with an exceptional track record in sales.
- Previous experience in business development.
- Bachelor’s degree or above (MBA from a decent school is a plus)
- Strong experience in building tools for prospecting, classifying, analyzing customer data, and organizing communication processes through cold calls or emails, attending exhibitions, acquiring paid client lists, networking and similar activities.
- Familiarity with the principles of project management and the ability to build and utilize related tools such as “Asana”, “Trello”, etc.
- The ability to build and follow up work procedures and analyze the associated data using CRM Software tools such as ZOHO or others.
- Native-level proficiency in Arabic.
- Fluency in both spoken and written English is required.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.

- Excellent business writing skills.
