We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced 3D Max Architect Specialist or Interior Designer to create architectural visualizations for an urgent exterior project.

As a freelancer, you will be responsible for developing detailed 3D models, applying textures and materials, and producing high-quality renderings for a variety of architectural projects.

• Create accurate and detailed 3D models of architectural projects based on provided blueprints, sketches, or design concepts.
• Apply realistic materials, textures, and lighting to create visually appealing and immersive renderings.
• Utilize 3D Max software proficiently to model, texture, light, and render architectural visualizations.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and clients to understand project requirements and incorporate feedback effectively.
• Meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest 3D modeling and rendering techniques and software advancements.

• Proven experience in architectural 3D modeling and rendering using 3D Max.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling techniques, including modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to create realistic and visually appealing images.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of architectural visualization and a high level of technical proficiency.
