Cross functional technical engineer - In Saudi Arabia

o Education:

 BS.C of civil, architectural, mechanical, or electrical engineering.


o Responsibilities:

 Pricing bidding, projects, and subprojects with knowledge of Saudi market prices and materials.

 Prepare and identify projects management plan, SOW, BOQ, layouts, gathering requirements, specifications, reports, and costs of construction projects.

 Review the layouts, SOW, project schedule, specifications, test reports…etc.

 Guide and engage with the site engineers for any technical engineering parts and reviewing the implemented quantities, invoices and claims for each phase.

 Responsible for issuing, review and design major and technical drawings.

 Coordinate with the commercial departments, gather the client requirements, attend site surveys and review RFP, SOW and contracts for internal and external projects.

 Identify opportunities for cost optimisation, value engineering, and design refinement to achieve cost savings without compromising quality.

 Work closely with procurement teams to source materials, negotiate contractors’contracts, and secure competitive pricing.

 Collaborate with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, consultants and regulatory authorities, to resolve technical issues and mitigate risks effectively.

 Provide leadership and strategic direction in site supervision activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications, quality standards, timelines and review the packages (Quantity, SOW, drawings and Design ...etc.).


o Requitements:

 +5 years of experience working on from end to start within complex and mega

construction projects lifecycle.

 Strong technical expertise in civil engineering and MEP principles, construction

methodologies, and project management practices.

 Experienced in firefighting and fire alarm systems and have a well knowledge in civil

defence and SBC requirements.

 Strong in costing and quantities surveying.

 Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

 Problem solver.
