Role Description
This is a full-time Quality Assurance Engineer role at Labiba.ai for Artificial Intelligence located in Amman. As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for test execution, manual testing, creating and executing test cases, and ensuring software testing standards are met. The role will involve working on-site in Amman.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for new and existing products.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using a bug-tracking system.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Perform regression testing to ensure that existing functionality remains unaffected by new changes.
- Participate in requirement reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems.
- Design and develop automation scripts when needed.
- Conduct post-release and post-implementation testing.
- Monitor all stages of software development to identify and resolve system malfunctions.
- Perform both manual testing to validate software functionality and user experience across multiple platforms and devices.
- Collaborate closely with software developers, product managers, and other cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and ensure effective test coverage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in quality assurance,
- Quality Assurance, Manual Testing, and Software Testing skills.
- Experience in test execution and creating test cases.
- Ability to perform thorough quality assurance and manual testing.
- Knowledge of software testing methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting.
- Leader Ship skills.
