Responsibilities:
1.Support in Factory Design and Expansion:
- Assist the Projects Manager in designing expansions for existing factories.
- Help plan new factory layouts to ensure efficient space utilization.
- Collaborate in developing detailed schematics and blueprints for factory expansions and new constructions.
2.Machinery Planning and Installation:
- Assist in identifying and selecting the best machinery that fits our production needs.
- Aid in planning and optimizing the placement of machinery for maximum efficiency.
- Support the Projects Manager in overseeing machinery installation, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
3.Project Coordination:
- Support the Projects Manager in coordinating and managing projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure tasks are completed on time, within scope, and within budget under the guidance of the Projects Manager.
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ere smooth project execution.
4.Travel and On-Site Support:
- Travel to operating units to provide on-site support for factory expansions and new installations.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies for new projects under the supervision of the Projects Manager.
5.Efficiency and Optimization:
- Assist in assessing and improving factory layouts and machinery placements to enhance production efficiency.
- Implement best practices for factory design and machinery installation as directed by the Projects Manager.
6.Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain detailed records of project progress, expenditures, and schedules.
- Prepare regular reports for the Projects Manager on project status and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong understanding of factory design, machinery, and production processes.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to travel as needed to various operating units.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
