Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at Migrate in Irbid. As a Customer Service Representative, your day-to-day tasks will include providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction and a positive customer experience. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

  • Experience in ensuring customer satisfaction and providing a positive customer experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus
