A leading organization in Sharjah seeks to hire an Executive Secretary for their Corporate Head Office to organize and coordinate office administration and procedures, to support the Top management by preparing reports, presentations, typing confidential memos and letters and being in contact with other executive-level Managers.


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for coordination, integration, and overall administration of all correspondence from the Corporate Office.
  • Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion especially decisions directly impacting the operations of the company.
  • Responsible for managing the calendar for weekly schedule management (i.e. prioritizing critical meetings/appointments/engagements); coordination with relevant departments, stakeholders and handling any travel arrangements.
  • Provide research support to assist the development and implementation of projects.
  • Oversee the monitoring/tracking of all required financial administration, including budget development and tracking, data entry, monitoring payments, travel etc.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or any related field (Admin/HR preferred).
  • Minimum 3-5years’ experience in C-Level Executive Assistant & Project Coordination roles.
  • Advanced Proficiency in MSOffice (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Communication in Arabic is an absolute must.
