Yes Atlas is an Edtech company based in the UAE, with offices in Saudi Arabia and Kuwait. We specialize in assisting students in finding the best language schools or universities abroad, enabling them to pursue their educational goals effectively.


Job Summary:

The Partner Relations Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with educational partners, including universities, language schools, and other institutions. This role involves identifying new partnership opportunities, managing ongoing partnerships, and ensuring mutual benefits for both Yes Atlas and its partners. The Partner Relations Manager will work closely with internal teams to align partnership strategies with company goals and objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Relationship Building:

- Establish and nurture relationships with existing and potential educational partners.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance partner engagement and satisfaction.


2. Partnership Development:

- Identify and evaluate new partnership opportunities that align with the company’s goals.

- Negotiate and formalize partnership agreements and contracts.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and implementation of partnership initiatives.


3. Account Management:

- Manage ongoing partnerships to ensure they meet performance and satisfaction benchmarks.

- Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with partners to assess partnership performance.

- Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise in a timely manner.


4. Strategic Planning:

- Develop and execute partnership strategies to drive growth and achieve company objectives.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for new partnerships.

- Work with the marketing and sales teams to promote partnerships and maximize their impact.


6. Workshops and Training:

- Plan and coordinate events and activities to strengthen partner relationships.

- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings.

- Organize training sessions, and workshops for employees.


Qualifications:


- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in partner relations, business development, or a related field.

- Proven track record of building and maintaining successful partnerships.

- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other management software.

- Must be fluent in Arabic and have good English skills.


Preferred Skills:

- Experience in the education or EDtech industry.

- Knowledge of market research and data analysis techniques.

- Familiarity with social media and digital marketing strategies.

- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.

- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
