IT Responsibility

• Provide daily technical support to MENA staff.
• Laptop/Desktop formatting & operating system installation.
• Application installation & configuration.
• Maintain IT software and hardware inventory and asset management.
• Maintain office IT related facilities (Switch, Servers, etc.)
• Server and Network administration.
• Prepare relevant IT documentation, manuals for clients or users.
• Provide technical recommendation on IT systems.
• Work with hardware/software vendors to resolve equipment failure issues.
• Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned by immediate supervisors.

Logistics Responsibility

On-job training will be provided with full support to the selected candidate to add this responsibility ASAP.

• Organize and manage warehouse inventory, storage and transportation.
• Review, prepare and organize materials release orders to customers.
• Ensure timely pick-up and delivery of shipments to the selected destination as pe the Incoterm.
• Answer customer queries regarding shipment status and work with the forwarder and our HQ logistics team to address any shipment issues that may occur.

Requirements and skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, engineering or relevant field
• 3+ years of relevant work experience in the UAE
• CCNA/MCSE/MCITP certificate holder is a plus
• Proficiency in hardware (PC, mobile device, network devices, etc.)
• Knowledge in Windows Operating Systems, Windows AD, Networking etc.
• Troubleshooting knowledge of IT hardware and software
• Good team player with excellent interpersonal skills and discipline
• Good customer service attitude and able to deal with different types of users
• Good communication skills with strong self-motivation
• Good analytical and problem solving skill
• Independent thinking and eager to learn
• Willing to work overtime and attend to emergencies after office hours
