POS technical support

Responsibilities

  • Install and configure Point of Sale system on customer devices
  • Test and deliver Point of Sale System to customer
  • Identify and correct problems uncovered by testing or customer feedback.
  • Contribute to the development of new solutions through design, testing and delivering the best solutions
  • Develop excellent client relationship and respond to any client’s inquiries
  • Handle client’s tickets and ensure solving issues or inquiries that arises any time during or after the implementation of the project on a timely and accurate manner to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Ensure continuous learning concerning new technologies related to SAP.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of the organization and adheres to all organizational standards

Skills Required

  • 1-2 years of experience in Point of Sales Implementation, administration or configuration
  • 1-2 years of experience in Customer Support role
  • 0-2 years of experience in software development and development support.
  • Knowledge of any programming language is recommended
  • Knowledge of SQL scripting is recommended
