Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven B2B Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling our safety and compliance management software to trucking companies across the United States. You will need to have strong communication skills and a deep understanding of the sales process to effectively connect with potential clients and close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media.
  • Conduct product presentations and demos to prospective clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our software solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and the trucking industry to effectively address client needs and concerns.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers within trucking companies to drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and beyond.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the software or transportation industry.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Knowledge of the trucking industry and DOT regulations is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
