We are currently looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Software Electrical Engineer to lead our dynamic engineering team.

Position Overview:

As a Senior Software Electrical Engineer - Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our engineering projects. You will lead a team of talented engineers in designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, particularly in .NET, C#, Laravel, and both front-end and back-end technologies, coupled with a solid foundation in electrical or mechatronics engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, providing technical guidance and support.
• Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of software projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Ensure the quality and performance of software products through rigorous testing and code reviews.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve team capabilities.
• Manage project timelines and ensure successful project delivery within scope and budget.
• Work closely with stakeholders to align engineering efforts with business goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on .NET, C#, and Laravel.
• Proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies, with experience in full-stack development.
• Solid understanding of electrical engineering or mechatronics principles.
• Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative in-office environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP certification.
• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Experience with cloud platforms and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in software development.
