Outbound Logistics Officer

The Courier Quality Control Officer will be responsible of monitoring the quality aspects of daily shipments to the warehouse and the products that are ready to be shipped for the last mile delivery across all countries. Also,

ensure that products meet the specified quality standards set by Sporter before being sent to customers.


Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and follow up on Shipments

  • Monitoring daily shipments and products from the warehouse to

customers across all countries.

  • Following up with the couriers on shipment status.
  • Communicate the successful shipments once completed.
  • Securing shipments to the customers.


2. Courier Quality Assurance

  • Assuring and maintaining order process life cycle.
  • Following up with couriers and clients on the returned shipments.
  • Managing the shipping process with the courier in timelines.


3. Reporting

  • Creating daily, weekly, and monthly detailed courier and tracking reports.


Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or any related field.

Experience: • 0-1 year of experience in Courier, QA, and Outbound logistics field.

Other requirements:

  • Extensive knowledge of Courier QA.
  • Extensive knowledge of Outbound Logistics.
  • Strong analytical, data analytics, and data management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as in a

team, and comfortable in a dynamic environment.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Arabic.
  • Must possess basic computer skills and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
  • Meticulous and attention to detail.
  • Decision-making skills.
