Job Brief:
Collect, evaluate, and present diverse data and information within the organization. You will have a vital role in supplying precise and prompt reports to facilitate decision-making processes. Achieving success in this position will require analytical aptitude, and effective communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and organize relevant data from internal and external sources and analyze it to identify trends and insights for reporting purposes.
- Create accurate and comprehensive reports based on the analyzed data, present information in a clear and concise format that is easily understood by stakeholders.
- Monitor and assess adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards, identify deviations and potential risks and report them to relevant parties.
- Present reports to senior management, executives, and other stakeholders, utilize data visualization techniques to enhance understanding and impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information, align with reporting requirements, and support decision-making by understanding stakeholder needs and providing insights.
- Monitor and analyze data and reporting metrics over time, identify areas for improvement or potential risks and recommend appropriate actions.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance reporting processes for improved efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness, propose and implement solutions to streamline data collection, analysis, and reporting procedure.
- Build and support the creation of operational dashboards at the business units level, acting as a business analysts and developer throughout the process
- Regularly perform assessment and revisions to sales commission schemes, using established methodologies. Building simulations whenever required to ensure optimal business results.
- Support in developing methodologies and formulas for setting sales targets.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as finance, marketing, business administration or data analytics.
Level of Experience:
Limited Experience in Reporting and Data Analytics.
Technical Skills & Knowledge:
Essential:
- Excellent command of data manipulation and analysis
- Excellent knowledge of building business and financial models' concepts
- Business-related sense combining both Marketing and Finance
- Excellent command of computer skills (Microsoft Office)
Desirable:
- Working knowledge of databases and/or data warehousing concepts
Certifications & Licensure:
Essential:
- Advanced Excel, Power BI
- Data Analytics and Visualization Certification
Desirable:
- SQL, Databases or Data Warehousing
- Python
- Business Analytics (BA)
