Job Description: We seek a highly skilled and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join our freelance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of Arabic projects and a proven track record in designing mobile applications and e-commerce platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of user experience principles, exceptional design skills, and the ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from concept to final implementation, ensuring a high-quality standard.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative product direction, visuals, and experience solutions.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas effectively.
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance the user experience.
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
- Stay up-to-date with UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, specifically in mobile applications and e-commerce.
- Proven experience in designing Arabic projects, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and InVision.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field is preferred.
