Job Summary:
Service Advisor is the first point of contact with customers and acts as a representative of the service Center.
Key Responsibility Areas:
- Acts as an advisor / consultant, communicate effectively with customers (verbally & in writing) and provide applicable solutions
- Follow company policies of receiving and delivering vehicles
- Respond to general inquiries from customers, handle customer complains professionally and find effective solutions
- Conduct market research when necessary and provide recommendations accordingly
Requirements:
- BSc in Mechanical Engineering or any related field
- 1 year of experience in a similar field
