Service Advisor (Aqaba)

Job Summary:


Service Advisor is the first point of contact with customers and acts as a representative of the service Center.


Key Responsibility Areas:


  • Acts as an advisor / consultant, communicate effectively with customers (verbally & in writing) and provide applicable solutions
  • Follow company policies of receiving and delivering vehicles
  • Respond to general inquiries from customers, handle customer complains professionally and find effective solutions
  • Conduct market research when necessary and provide recommendations accordingly




Requirements:


  • BSc in Mechanical Engineering or any related field
  • 1 year of experience in a similar field
