Job Description


As a Senior Sales Representative at JoSequal Software Solutions & Marketing, you will be responsible for driving sales strategies, cultivating relationships with key clients, and achieving sales targets through finding technical opportunities locally and globally.


Responsibilities


  • Stay updated on JoSequal’s services, and technical industry trends.
  • Find technical opportunities for JoSequal locally and globally.
  • Lead negotiations with clients to secure contracts and close deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and generate accurate sales forecasts and reports for management review.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and other departments to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.



Skills and Qualifications


  • Positive attitude with good multitasking abilities.
  • Proven social networking experience.
  • Strong leadership abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies and recommendations.
  • Ability to demonstrate creative thinking, innovation and continuous learning in the digital marketing field.



Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in commerce or similar fields.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • 5+ years of work experience in sales and business development field.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales tactics.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
