We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Facility Manager having experience in building maintenance / AMC and generating leads.

In order to be considered, you must be already based in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement a comprehensive Preventative Maintenance program.

• Implement a daily logging system of all key operating equipment.

• Automate the existing Work Order System.

• Generating leads through network.

• Prepare a weekly report for the General Manager highlighting the week’s activity.

• Prepare and maintain inventories for the two operations.

• Implement a program to maintain FF&E in good operating condition and appearance.

• Implement a refreshment program

• Create a SOP for client’s visits.

• Monitors supplier's activities and alerts technical team when needed.

• Project's day to day technical operations and management including car parks. Facility Strategy Management

• Ensures all Facility Management processes are documented and communicated in line with Dubai municipality guidelines.

• Ensures accurate tracking and filing of hard/soft copies of incoming/outgoing documents.

• Supports setting up & development of the department budget and managing it.

• Identifying & prioritizing the needs for manpower aid equipment for allocated sites.

Required Skills:

• A degree in Mechanical engineering or equivalent.

• Must have worked as an MEP engineer before progressing into the role of Facility Manager.

• Must have managed a team.

• UAE driving license (Required).

• Experience in getting leads and converting it.

• Excellent working knowledge of HVAC.

• Minimum 3 years UAE experience in the MEP segment.

• Proficiency in English
