Senior Customer Management Analyst

Key Accountabilities :


  • Provide full support for ongoing CRM tools and reply on day-to-day support cases.
  • Immediate actions for urgent cases and apply resolution withing the agreed SLA.
  • Satisfy daily business needs and apply it as per the company policy and processes.
  • Act as project manager rule for the new projects and CRs.
  • Work on RFP with sourcing teams and evaluate multi suppliers proposals for new project and do the technical evaluation.
  • Providing advisory services to Business units by presenting solutions, new features, and technologies practice in coordination with the related ITN department.
  • Support Business Owners in the specification of functional Requirements and recognition of impacted areas.
  • Compare final scope with original Business needs.
  • Validate vendor’s Proposals and ensure its fulfilment for Business Requirements when needed.
  • Preparation for UAT best practices and execution way in coordination with the related departments.
  • Support and participate on Commercial Launch by ensuring timeliness in coordination with the related departments & vendors.
  • Build test scenarios & applying best practices for new features, Services, and projects.
  • Build risk assessment planning for ongoing Projects/ CRs and changes on the systems.


Education & Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree in IT (Computer Science, Computer Information's System) or Software Engineering.
  • minimum 3 to 4 Years experience in: (Oracle, PL/SQL programming, Business Analysis's, Project Management).
  • Good Communication and project management skills.
  • Good reporting, Negotiation, Initiative skills.
  • Autonomous with the ability to work under stress.
  • Proficiency in English as a working language is a must.
  • High Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills with ability to deal with others at all levels.
  • Certificates in IT related fields are preferable.
  • Strong technical and analytical background in Telecommunication related to service.
  • Implementation on Billing, Mediation, CRM , Loyalty Management ,Payment Channels.
  • Oracle SQL/PLSQL, Oracle Forms, Tools & Utilities, and UNIX / Linux, J2EE, JAVA, C, ASP.net, SQL server, WEB Development.
  • Experience in ecommerce mobile apps development for iOS and Android.
  • Experience project management methodologies.
  • Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
