We are looking for an accomplished Product Specialist to lead our Cards and Wallets product line. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy, driving innovation and collaborating with schemes, bank partners and cross-functional teams to enhance our cards and wallet propositions.

Accountabilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for cards and wallets, considering market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify opportunities, trends, and customer pain points in the payments space.
• Create and manage a product roadmap, prioritising features and enhancements that deliver value to our customers and align with the company objectives.
• Perform end to end ownership of wallet products from conceiving, designing, building and managing products
• Setup new programs with the schemes and processors for card issuance
• Prepare customer value propositions for different segments and card types
• Utilise data analytics to gather actionable insights from user behaviour, transaction patterns, and market trends. Translate these insights into product improvements and strategic decisions.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and compliance teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
• Champion user-centric design and conduct user testing to continuously improve the user experience.
• Ensure that all the features comply with relevant regulations and prioritise the security of financial transactions.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly analyse product performance to make data-driven decisions
• Effectively communicate product updates and strategies to stakeholders, including executives and team members.

Experience & Qualifications

• Proven experience (5+ years) as a Product Manager, with a focus on cards and wallets is required.
• Prior experience of working in the Fintech and banking space is preferable.
• Prior experience of launching and managing card programs is preferable.
• Prior experience of managing Product P&L is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or similar discipline. MBA will be a plus.
