Manage quality and conduct Joint Weekly Quality walk with different discipline. Also participate in Surveillance audit process and update findings timely close out.

Ensure Company (IMS) In Quality, Environment, and Health & Safety processes implemented (as applicable)

Carry out stage / final inspection according to approved ITP and relevant procedures and it’s its implementation and ensure compliance including timely Yard Daily RFI & Monthly look ahead schedule etc.

Ensure approved Procedures, ISOs, Drawings are available to Inspector prior to start of activities and revisions are timely issued. Monitor Quality Project KPI’s weekly/ monthly basis issue report.

NDT witness/ review reports.

Carry out materials receipt inspection with Inspectors & Coordinate with procurement / project team for material discrepancies including Company Free issue and Client supplied packages / equipment.

Monitoring Weld Repair rate and overall welder performance including Welding consumables control. Ensure that Qualified Welders / Operators are engaged for Tack and full welding according to their qualification range including welder traceability.

Carry out Weekly Quality walk according to plan and ensure timely close out of any findings.

Active involvement in process improvement techniques and continuous improvement programs including resolutions to NCR/Quality Observations.

Coordinate with the CLIENT Site QUALITY / TPI all quality matters and attend site review meetings.

Daily/Weekly reporting to Office, Final review / sign off of quality records/ release.

Qualifications :

Minimum BE Mechanical with additional qualification in welding CSWIP/CWI, NDT ASNT Level II preferably to have surface preparation / painting knowledge.

Experience: 5- 10years in similar industry knowledge of Modules construction, Pressure vessels, Skid mounted packages for Oil& Gas industry /Onshore/ Offshore.

Joining : Immediate (Based out of Jebelali, UAE). Candidates having work visa for UAE are preferred.
