BACKGROUND
RISE Sports Culture Entertainment (SCE) is the GCC’s leading sponsorship consultancy, providing data-driven, sustainable sponsorship services to some of the region’s leading brand and rights-holder clients.
RISE SCE was recently appointed by a major government entity in Saudi Arabia (KSA) on a long-term contract to develop and deliver the Sponsorship program, driven by sponsorship, of a major public art and cultural events program. The intention of the Program is to engage aspects of KSA’s landscape, urban form, history, and culture to make it stand out as a world-class public art initiative.
The initiative is a key pillar of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 plan to create strong, meaningful connections between the citizens of KSA, their communities, and civic life, whilst also being a fundamental driver of KSA’s Tourism strategy.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Candidates will be responsible for day-to-day client team support and executing account activities.
The person will be passionate about sport and entertainment.
Typical responsibilities include:
- Coordinating production of client materials
- Managing and executing research tasks
- Supporting in the drafting client’s reports, including status updates, meeting minutes and PowerPoint presentations
- Creating a daily industry news summary for all Rise staff
- Event management support on-site at brand and consumer events
- Working on small components of larger client projects
- Contributing to agency brainstorms
- Attending client meetings as appropriate
- Developing relationships with local suppliers
- Updating agency databases
- Presenting creative work to account management team
- Monitoring results and achievements
- Keeping abreast of the sports marketing industry and daily news reports to stay on top of current affairs and client sector news
- Supporting Office Manager and Rise Admin function as and when required
Ultimately, he/she will need to work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication and updating senior team members on progress

Excellent communication across all levels of the organisation is paramount to the success of this role:
· Fluent in spoken and written English
· Arabic Fluency is a plus
· Strong client presentation skills
· Experienced in using Microsoft Office and Apple products
· Confident, tactile and persuasive manner
· Ability to deliver messages and actions in a coherent and structured manner
ADDITIONAL SKILLS
Candidate will be required to display the following skills in the role:

QUALIFICATIONS
Candidates interested in this position must have:
· A University Degree from an internationally recognized institution
· 1-2 Years industry experience, or entry-level
