HR Executive (Performance management & OD)

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

ANALYTICS & ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS

· Implement the performance management process by cascading KPIs along with departmental SOPs, work flows and policies and processes from Functional head level downwards, in alignment with the major performance goals set for the departments by the Group OD Director

· Update and implement HR Policies in line with business requirements and adhering to local labour law

· Assist the Group OD Director in recording the current-state process gaps, make recommendations for improved workflows and collaborate with working groups to document to-be processes

· Review and analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve attraction, performance, retention and engagement

· Custodian of organization charts, structures and other functional reports relating to Headcounts, movements, diversity and attrition

· Work with the Group OD Director and the Business unit heads and functional managers to establish project goals, milestones, and procedures, define roles and responsibilities, acquire project resources, and coordinate projects throughout Group

· Serve as the Single point of contact for Departmental data maintenance, collation, generation and metrics derivation on a monthly and quarterly basis

· Diligently monitor, track, record and report all required key metrics within the employee lifecycle from recruitment till off boarding

· Work closely with the Group OD Director to record and implement key performance management tools such as KPIs, probationary reviews, audit programs and others

· Assist the Group OD Director with HR projects including but not limited to, salary surveys, success profiling, market research, JDs, Formats, standardization processes, audit files etc


RECRUITMENT & ONBOARDING

· Management of the onboarding team to ensure turn around times (TATs) and hiring deadlines and deployment service level agreements (SLAs) are met

· Track and record all required group level metrics

· Analyzing manpower plans, lead workforce planning implementation and ensuring alignment with relevant structured hiring plans across the group


HR SERVICES

· Implement group level policy & procedure updates to maintain efficient and effective services and audit the same on a monthly basis

· Work with the Group OD Director and finance department to standardise the payroll process and procedures for the group in alignment to the needs of the business, statutory mandates as per the UAE MOHRE laws and market practices

· Oversee the implementation of compensation and benefits schemes of the company and review monthly operational transactions of payroll, leaves and insurance

· Record all metrics for the above services

· Generate cyclical departmental OD reports and the annual Kleindienst people report for the Group in association with the Group OD Director


PERSON SPECIFICATIONS:

· HR generalist with at least 5 years of core generalist experience within the UAE

· Real estate development, large scale construction & engineering or group of companies’ background is highly desirable

· Sound knowledge about all HR processes and procedures and clear understanding of the UAE MOHRE laws is mandatory

· Internal customer focus with a good work ethic

· Strong interpersonal skills with great stakeholder management and relationship building skills

· Ability to take ownership and responsibility for critical key areas of work
