- Responsible for overseeing Client’s data management and digital strategy to improve
- Client’s event experience, drive engagement and increase operational efficiency.
- To oversee the effective collection of data to drive growth opportunities – for both Client corporate activities and events.
Data and digital strategy:
- Develop and oversee the implementation of a comprehensive digital strategy that is aligned with Client’s strategic objectives. Identify new opportunities to optimize digital engagement within Client and stakeholders.
Digital solution management:
- Oversee the development of digital solutions that are aligned to the Client’s strategic objectives.
Data management: Ensure security and integrity of Client’s information and data assets.
- Responsible for effective and efficient process of data management.
Digital transformation: Drive Client’s digital transformation and identify digital growth opportunities aligned with Client’s strategic objectives.
- Digital Manager, Data Manager (Vacant) and Enterprise Apps Manager.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Encourage and support the development of technical skills and knowledge across the organization, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Identify continual improvements to process efficiency and effectiveness.
- Abu Dhabi, Head Office based with minor domestic and international travel as required.

QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years’ experience in digital and data management role, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful digital strategies and initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree in a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strategic technology experience: business/tech transformation experience, operation and service management optimization, lean methodologies, process improvement and project management.
- Digital and data leadership experience: Digital transformation leadership, digital solutions development and delivery, data analytics and emerging technology, commercial skills (expertise in B2B and B2C sales).
- Digital operating model, governance, quality, and security.
- Digital P&L management and budgeting, team leadership and partnerships.
- Responsible for the development and implementation of Client’s digital strategy ensuring alignment with Client strategic objectives.
- Identify key areas where data and digital solutions can add value and create a roadmap for achieving Client strategic objectives.
- Ensure that digital solutions align with Client's overall vision and mission. Ultimately responsible for ensuring Client adopts agile, efficient and effective methodologies, processes, and systems.
- Responsible for ensuring the Digital and Data team adopts market leading strategies, for Client to improve event experience, operational efficiency and control costs.
- Define, implement and monitor data quality standards with the aim to ensure high quality data is collected and maintained.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and standards to mitigate data security risks of data and digital solutions.
- Identify new technologies and digital trends that can be leveraged to enhance Client’s
- data and digital capabilities.
- Responsible for the design, development, and implementation of digital solutions, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
- Develop digital solutions that are scalable, reliable, and meet business requirements.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of digital solutions, adjusting as needed. Regularly review the universe of digital solutions and systems.
- Apply lean methodologies to drive process improvements and efficiencies to maximize and optimize digital assets and in return improve customer experience, operational efficiencies, and growth metrics through (i) continually improving processes and products through ongoing cycle of experimentation, learning and adaptation, (ii) visualizing the steps involved in delivering value to the customer, and (iii) focus on creating a smooth, continuous flow of work, minimizing interruptions and reducing lead times.
- Implement lean principles in software development, data analytics and other digital products and services.
Data Management
- Ensure the security and integrity of Client's information and data assets, ensuring compliance to cybersecurity policies and procedures.
- Ensure appropriate practice of data collection, organization, and accessibility to support
- productivity, efficiency and decision-making within Client’s various departments.
- Responsible for the effective and efficient data management process including data collection, data preparation, data storage and data analysis.
DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION
- Develop digital transformation strategy to improve operational efficiency, enhance customer and event experience, and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with various business units across Client to understand their needs and priorities to develop digital solutions that meet their requirements
- Manage the implementation of digital initiatives including project timelines, budgets and resources.
- Drive innovation through digital transformation initiatives through identifying emerging trends and technologies that can transform Client and develop innovative solutions that deliver value to customers and stakeholders.
- Identify and target customers for B2B and B2C sales, using data analysis and customer research to develop targeted messaging and outreach strategies.
- Apply data analytics tools and techniques to track B2B and B2C sales performance, identify trends and provide actionable insights to the Sales department.
Budget Management
- Support [N-1 Technology] in the development of the technology budget, ensuring the efficient and effective use of Client resources.
- Identify areas where cost savings can be made without compromising the quality of digital solutions and data management processes.
- Support [N-1 Technology] to evaluate the return on investment of technology solutions. Quantify potential investment, and collaborate with other departments to develop business plans to support and underpin any required investment.
