Salary: AED 4000- 5000/-
Your responsibilities will include:
· Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
· Performing hardware and software installations, configurations, and updates
· Troubleshooting and resolving issues with software or hardware
· Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
· Setting up accounts for new users
· Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
Key Requirements
· You possess a Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
· You have prior experience in helpdesk or technical support
· Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software
· You possess strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
· You have good interpersonal and communication skills
