• Oversee the entire fit-out process, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget while adhering to quality standards.

• Manage procurement processes, negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors to secure the best materials and services for the project.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and variances to ensure financial accountability and reporting.
• Develop risk management strategies to identify potential challenges and create contingency plans to mitigate them.
• Lead regular project meetings, providing updates, resolving conflicts, and fostering a collaborative environment.
