Your role will involve coordinating, reporting, and leading cross-functional teams, focusing on driving innovation and digital transformation. You'll work closely with our clients, offering expertise in strategy, project management, and product development. The role

─ Lead coordination and reporting for multi-million public sector engagements.

─ Provide day-to-day leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams.

─ Consolidate and analyze large data sets to prepare recurring reports.

─ Maintain detailed project plans, communicate deliverables, progress, and performance.

─ Establish a multi-dimensional task prioritization process.

─ Collaborate with stakeholders from public and private sectors.

─ Perform market research, customer segmentation, and demographics analysis.

─ Develop business plans, including SWOT analysis and competitive research.

─ Calculate TAM, SOM, and SAM with financial forecasting.

─ Create business roadmaps and regional expansion strategies.

─ Utilize project management tools such as Monday.com, Jira, and Confluence...

The person

─ 3-8 years expertise in project management, strategy, and leadership.

─ GCC experience and/or bilingual (Arabic & English)

─ Project Management certifications: PMP, Prince2, Lean Six Sigma...

─ Strong entrepreneurial spirit and innovation drive.

─ Excellent strategic thinking and product management skills.

─ Consensus building and effective communication skills.

─ Design thinking expertise.

─ Familiar with different PM styles: Agile, Waterfall, Scrum...

─ Proficiency with project management tools.

─ Market research and competitive analysis experience.

─ Financial forecasting and business planning skills.

─ Experience in multi-million public sector engagements is desirable.
