Job Description

  • Conduct regular safety audits and inspections on offshore facilities to ensure compliance with HSE standards and regulations.
  • Develop and implement risk assessments tailored to specific offshore operations, identifying hazards and recommending preventive measures.
  • Lead incident investigations promptly, analyzing root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Facilitate safety training sessions for offshore personnel, ensuring they are well-versed in emergency procedures and safety protocols.
  • Monitor environmental impact assessments and ensure adherence to environmental regulations during offshore operations.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate safety measures into project designs before implementation.
  • Prepare detailed reports on safety performance metrics and present findings to management for continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a liaison between management and employees regarding HSE issues, ensuring clear communication and understanding.
