B2B Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive revenue growth globally
  2. Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing materials, including product descriptions, sales collateral, and digital content such as blogs and case studies
  4. Support the sales team with lead generation and nurturing campaigns
  5. Work closely with our digital team on major campaigns for social media, email marketing, and search engine marketing
  6. Organise sales and marketing events including exhibitions, conferences and client interaction days.
  7. Analyse marketing data and metrics to evaluate campaign performance and identify areas for improvement
  8. Monitor industry trends and adjust marketing strategies to ensure maximum effectiveness
  9. Develop and manage relationships with external vendors and partners, including advertising agencies
  10. Contribute to the development of the annual marketing plan and budget in collaboration with the marketing manager


Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
  2. 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies within the B2B Industry
  3. Strong understanding of marketing trends, consumer behavior, and data analysis
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and deliver persuasive presentations.
  5. Experience managing digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and search engine marketing
  6. Experience working with multiple stakeholders across global offices including sales, projects, engineering and QHSE teams
  7. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
  8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  9. Passion for marketing and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and strategies
  10. Familiarity with Oil & Gas Industry and pipeline maintenance services is a plus
