We are seeking a Property Consultant that specializes in Sales/Rentals and Off Plan Sales

Job Description:

• Prospect potential clients looking to invest in DUBAI.
• Follow and complete the paperwork process required to list a property and conclude a rental or sale.
• Attend to sales queries and expand to meetings and viewings
• Be well informed of the Real Estate market trends in Dubai.
• Able to conduct a market appraisal/evaluation on properties.
• The consultant shall introduce the company property owners, and/or sellers and buyers of property, who are interested in mandating the company to act as advisers and/or brokers for the sale or lease of a property.
• Working on social media and portals such as Dubizzle, Property Finder, Bayut, Prop space, Company website, LinkedIN, Instagram and Facebook.

Candidates must possess the following:

• Driver's license is a must and preferably have own car.
• Knowledge of UAE market and real estate laws.
• Strong English communication skills - verbal and written
• The proficient ability in a second language: Arabic, Russian, etc
• Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to solve problems and can work under pressure.
• Presentable and self-motivated individual training & leads provided.
• Sales background is also accepted.
