Human Resources Office Manager

ZOGI LABS is seeking an exceptional candidate to provide top-level assistance to high-level executives, including HR-related tasks and office management. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, along with a keen attention to detail.


Responsibilities:


Calendar Management: Efficiently manage executives' calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.


Email and Document Management: Handle incoming emails and respond on behalf of executives. Assist in preparing and organizing documents as needed.


Filing System: Develop and maintain an effective filing system to ensure easy retrieval of important documents.


HR Department Support: Assist the HR department by maintaining employee records, filing documents, and managing the HR database.


Recruitment and Selection: Take an active role in the recruitment process, including initiating job postings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings. Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.


Onboarding: Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire documentation, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring new employees have a positive and welcoming experience. Assist in conducting new employee orientations and facilitating the completion of necessary paperwork.


Payroll and Accounting: Handle payroll tasks and provide assistance with basic accounting duties.


Qualifications:


Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.


Proficiency in Tools: Strong proficiency in using Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, etc.), ASANA platform, and Discord for communications.


Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate administrative tasks, and handle logistics efficiently.


Detail-oriented: Keen attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills.


Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.


  • Knowledge of UAE Laws: Familiarity with UAE Immigration and MOHRE (Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation) laws and regulations related to employment and HR practices.
