Duration: 1 Month (Client needs the resource to be onsite from 27th June - 1st Aug. 2023)

Job Description:-
level 1.5-2 should be okay.
- Implementation and configuration of Cisco call manager and other UC collab products.
- Knowledge of Cisco UC collab products - CUCM, Cisco unity, IM&P, Voice gateways, IP Phones Call signaling setup.
- user and device provisioning into UC devices.
- hands-on experience with Monitoring UC devices. Cisco Jabber support and maintenance.
- Capable of isolating Voice issues. familiar with the support matrix.
- Voice Protocol familiarity - SIP, MGCP, H323, Analog.
- Familiarity with network flow for voice and video.
- good communication skill and problem-solving skills.
