Mark Williams is currently looking for a Chief Technology Officer to join a large private company in Saudi Arabia.

Job Description:

- Responsible for developing and implementing the organization's technology strategy, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy

- Oversee all technology operations within the organization, including infrastructure, software development, and support services

- Ensure the organization's technology infrastructure and systems are secure and compliant with relevant data privacy regulations

- Foster an environment of innovation and creativity within the technology teams, encouraging experimentation and exploration of new ideas

- Develop and maintain technology policies that guide the organization's technology use and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices

- Oversee technology projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the organization's needs

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, with at least 5 years in a CTO or similar role

- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful technology strategies

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

- Saudi National (as per client's requirement)
