Looking for an urgent Family cooker
The opportunity is based in Dubai.

Personal Chef Responsibilities:
* Conferring with the family manger to determine their meal preferences, specifications, food allergies, and dietary restrictions.
* Preparing menus ahead
* Preparing customized meal plans for the family based on their preferences, specifications, and dietary needs.
* Inspecting meal ingredients before cooking to ensure that they are of the highest quality.
* Preparing meals in family' kitchens in accordance with food health and safety regulations.
* Cleaning and sanitizing work areas before and after meal preparation.
* Appropriately packaging and labeling prepared meals that are to be consumed at a later date.
Personal Chef Requirements:
* Must have cooking expereince in any prirvate family
* Sound knowledge of different cuisines especially Arabic as well as food health and safety regulations.
* A strong understanding of nutrition.
* The ability to handle criticism.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Effective communication skills.
* Detail-oriented.
* Inspecting meal ingredients before cooking to ensure that they are of the highest quality.
* Preparing meals in family's kitchens in accordance with food health and safety regulations.
* Cleaning and sanitizing work areas before and after meal preparation.
* Appropriately packaging and labeling prepared meals that are to be consumed at a later date.
* Can handle big group meals
* Have knowledge of afternoon tea.
* Can speak english or Arabic
