Job Ad: Civil Planning Engineer
Barq Al Mustaqbal Co. | Design & Build Project, NEOM

Barq Al Mustaqbal Co. is seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Civil Planning Engineer to join our team for a prestigious Design & Build project located in NEOM. The ideal candidate will have expertise in project planning, scheduling, and coordination within large-scale infrastructure and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project plans and schedules for the Design & Build project.
• Monitor progress and ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Identify potential risks and provide solutions to mitigate delays or budget issues.
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports on project timelines and progress.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as a Civil Planning Engineer, preferably in large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of planning software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in planning and coordinating projects in NEOM or similar high-profile developments is a plus.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil planning within the construction industry.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, planning procedures, and industry standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive approach to resolving issues.
• Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic is an advantage).
• Transferable IQAMA is a must.
• Available to join on an immediate basis.
• Willingness to relocate and work on-site at NEOM.
• Prior NEOM experience will be an advantage.
