Job Descriptions We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Business Development Manager to drive business growth, establish strategic partnerships, and contribute to our vision of delivering innovative financial solutions. This role requires an individual who is results-oriented, has deep knowledge of financial markets, and is skilled in managing relationships with high-level clients. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding our client base, increasing revenue, and enhancing the overall client experience in trading.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Analysis and Strategy
Conduct in-depth market research to identify new business opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends.
Client Acquisition and Retention
- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, brokers, and partners.
- Identify potential clients and initiate contact to promote our products and services.
- Develop and manage a portfolio of forex clients.
- Identify potential clients and build relationships to introduce them to our trading services.
- Identify business opportunities, potential clients and VIP customers and negotiate in order to create profitable account through identifying needs within FX industry.
Revenue Generation
- Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Meet and exceed revenue targets through effective sales and business development efforts.
Regulatory Compliance
- Stay informed about regulatory requirements in the Forex industry and ensure the company's activities comply with relevant regulations.
- Work closely with the compliance team to implement and monitor compliance processes.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the financial services or forex industry.
- In-depth understanding of financial markets, forex products, and trading platforms.
- Proven success in acquiring and retaining clients, building relationships, and driving revenue growth.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into actionable business strategies.
- Experience managing and mentoring a team to achieve business objectives.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, business intelligence platforms, and other sales tools.
