Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to prospective customers, ensuring a seamless experience from appointment slotting to application submission.
Key Responsibilities:
· Appointment Slotting: Schedule and manage appointments for prospective customers.
· Customer Consultation: Understand applicant requirements and provide appropriate advice and information.
· Documentation: Scrutinize, check, and submit required documentation accurately.
· Data Quality: Ensure high-quality application information submission.
· Biometrics: Conduct fingerprint scanning and other biometric procedures.
· Application Segregation: Organize applications based on specific services.
· Cash Handling: Collect, hand over, and deposit cash daily.
· Application Delivery: Ensure timely delivery of applications to the mission on the same day.
· Value-Added Services: Promote and sell value-added services to customers.
· Product Knowledge: Continuously update knowledge of products and services.
· Flexibility: Adapt to different locations and shift timings as needed.
Qualifications:
· Education: Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
· Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a customer service role, preferably in a similar industry.
· Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Arabic Typing is a must.
· Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build relationships with customers.
· Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in documentation and data entry.
· Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
· Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Time Management: Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
· Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with team members and support company goals.
Additional Preferences:
· Previous experience in a fast-paced environment.
· Knowledge of biometric systems and processes.
· Customer service certification is a plus.
