About the job Assistant HR Manager
Our client is seeking a qualified Assistant HR Manager to join their dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Talent Acquisition: Implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and select top talent.
• HR Administration: Maintain comprehensive employee records and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and company policies.
• Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and managing employee relations matters
• Performance Management: Assist with the development and implementation of performance management processes, including conducting or coordinating performance reviews and providing guidance to managers on best practices.
• Benefits Administration: Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs, including processing benefit enrollment changes, answering employee questions, and ensuring compliance with benefit regulations.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
• Proven experience in HR roles, with a focus on talent acquisition and administration
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
Additional Duties:
• Assist with employee training and development initiatives.
• Contribute to employee engagement programs and company events.
• Provide support for various HR projects and initiatives.
