Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and creative Photographer and Graphic Designer to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will have experience capturing stunning property images, creating engaging marketing materials, and showcasing properties in the best light. This role involves both on-site photography and in-house graphic design work.
Key Responsibilities
Photograph properties, including interior, exterior, and aerial shots if applicable.
Edit images to highlight property features and create a polished, professional finish.
Design brochures, flyers, and social media graphics to promote properties and the brand.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to deliver high-quality visuals.
Manage and maintain photography equipment and graphic design software.
Travel to properties and project sites (must have a valid driving license and a car).
Requirements
Proven experience in real estate photography and graphic design (portfolio required).
Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, etc.).
Familiarity with video editing and creating virtual tours is a plus.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Valid driving license and access to a personal car (mandatory).
Flexible to travel locally for property shoots.
