Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to sell our diverse portfolio of services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our tourism and event offerings, engaging with customers, and helping them select the best activities suited to their needs. The role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to work independently to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell tickets for Dubai's top tourist activities and attractions.
• Promote and sell our event packages and workshops, including painting workshops and other special events.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with individual customers, businesses, and partners.
• Close deals with suppliers and vendors to ensure a seamless service offering.
• Respond to inquiries, provide recommendations, and assist customers with the booking process.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to help promote services and create sales campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the tourism, events, or entertainment industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
• A self-motivated individual with a positive attitude and a passion for customer service.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of Dubai’s tourism and event scene is a plus.
