Job Description:
IMPRESSIONS Digital is seeking a highly creative and versatile Social Media Community Manager to join our team. This role goes beyond traditional social media management, combining content creation, community engagement, and creative production supervision. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills, a flair for storytelling, and a strong understanding of digital trends, while also being adept at managing visual content productions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative social media strategies to grow and engage online communities.
- Create engaging content, including posts, stories, reels, and TikTok videos, tailored to platform trends and target audiences.
- Develop detailed social media briefs for content creation and collaborate with designers to ensure the final output aligns with the desired vision and objectives.
- Capture high-quality photos and videos using a smartphone for use across social media platforms.
- Edit videos using tools like CapCut and other social media editing apps.
- Prepare moodboards and art directions to guide visual and creative production.
- Manage and supervise photoshoots and video productions for assigned clients, ensuring alignment with brand vision and objectives.
- Coordinate and oversee the production process, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
- Actively engage with followers, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
- Stay ahead of the latest trends, tools, and features in the ever-evolving social media landscape.
Qualifications:
- Excellent English conversation and writing skills—a must for creating compelling content and engaging professionally with diverse audiences.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Community Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong content writing and storytelling skills, with an eye for creativity and detail.
- Exceptional skills in smartphone photography and videography, with the ability to capture visually appealing content.
- Proficiency in video editing tools like CapCut and familiarity with other social media-focused editing apps.
- Experience in preparing moodboards and providing art direction for creative projects.
- Ability to manage and supervise photoshoots and video productions, ensuring alignment with client branding.
- Thorough understanding of various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, LinkedIn) and their unique features.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools to measure success and optimize campaigns.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark).
