Job Overview
We are looking for a driven and proactive Sales Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base within the construction, contracting, interiors, and fit-out industries. The primary focus will be identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth by promoting our range of building materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify, engage, and convert leads into long-term clients within the building contractors, and interior fit-out companies, facility management companies and other related sectors.
- Sales Growth: Promote and sell the company’s building materials, ensuring solutions are tailored to customer needs and project requirements.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships with contractors, architects, interior designers, procurement managers, and key decision-makers.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, monitor competitor activity, and understand industry trends in the UAE market.
- Sales Cycle Management: Manage the full sales process from prospecting and presenting proposals to negotiating contracts and ensuring on-time delivery.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, KPIs and revenue goals.
- Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and client updates for management review.
- Networking: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking platforms to boost brand visibility and generate leads.
Qualifications & Skills
- 3-5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in building materials, construction, or interiors/fit-out industry.
- Strong network and client base within Dubai’s construction and contracting sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills and command over language (spoken and written).
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently in a competitive environment.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a results-driven mindset.
- Valid UAE car driving license is mandatory.
