Job Description:

Jeeny is seeking an experienced and passionate People & Culture Business Partner (HRBP) to partner with our teams in the Middle East. This strategic role is pivotal in aligning HR priorities with the unique demands of dynamic, high-performing business functions, enabling operational excellence, talent retention and organizational scalability.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnering
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership teams, aligning HR solutions with business objectives to drive performance and growth
  • Understand the specific challenges of non-tech teams and craft tailored strategies to support operational efficiency and team success
  • Collaborate with leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning to ensure long-term team scalability
  • Talent Retention & Development
  • Implement innovative, country-specific talent retention strategies to foster a positive culture and continuous professional growth
  • Partner with managers to create career development plans, focusing on skill enhancement and leadership readiness
  • Leverage data to anticipate retention risks and address team dynamics or cultural challenges proactively
  • Organizational Development
  • Lead efforts to align organizational structures with business goals, optimizing team performance and fostering a culture of excellence
  • Collaborate with Central People & Culture and leadership teams to introduce best practices that enhance team effectiveness and satisfaction
  • Employee Engagement
  • Actively champion and monitor employee engagement across teams, developing strategies to improve satisfaction and team cohesion
  • Facilitate employee feedback loops, ensuring voices are heard and actionable insights inform leadership decisions
  • Implement frameworks to enhance work-life balance, employee well-being, and recognition initiatives
  • HR Operations & Data-Driven Insights
  • Partner with leaders to review and recommend policies and processes that align with workforce needs while ensuring compliance with local labor laws
  • Utilize HR analytics to provide actionable insights, measure the impact of initiatives, and adjust strategies for optimal results
  • Office & Facilities Management
  • Oversee office operations and facilities management to create a productive and employee-centric work environment
  • Drive enhancements to physical workspaces that support collaboration, innovation, and productivity


Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • HR certifications such as CIPD, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR are highly preferred
  • 7+ years of HR experience, including 3+ years in HRBP roles supporting business teams
  • Proven track record of partnering strategically with business leaders to drive workforce success and innovation
  • Experience working with HR systems and tools like SuccessFactors, Oracle, HRIS, and HRMS
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate operational priorities into HR strategies
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with experience managing relationships at all organizational levels
  • Arabic Speaker preferred.
