The successful candidate will represent Booker Accounting Services, promoting our hassle-free business accounting solutions tailored to meet the needs of businesses across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Identify, target, and secure new clients through outdoor sales visits, networking, and referrals.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique accounting needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Market Research: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Sales Strategy: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions and prepare regular sales reports.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, outdoor sales, or a related role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of accounting services and the needs of businesses in the UAE market is a plus.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel across the region.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
