Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Architect/Technical Engineer to join our team. This role combines architectural design with technical engineering, ensuring projects are innovative, efficient, and compliant with regulations. The ideal candidate will work on a variety of architectural projects, integrating technical solutions and collaborating with teams to ensure successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute architectural designs and technical solutions.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, sustainability, and energy performance.
• Prepare detailed architectural plans and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to meet project goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in architecture and/or technical engineering.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, sustainability, and systems integration.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
