Marketing Expert

Key Accountabilities:


  • Develop, design and manage ICT & Large segment products among organization product portfolios.
  • Managing existing products, acquisition, retention, value extraction and customer experience
  • Observe product development and monitor trends that indicate the need for new products and services.
  • Evaluate the financial impact of new products development according to cost, pricing and forecast.
  • Manages day to day operational work to ensure products launch.
  • Direct ongoing participation in ICT & large Segment product roadmap, product development & product launch.
  • Problem solving on- day to day basis to ensure that product launch date is met, customer experience is met, technical issues are solved and internal parties engagement is done.
  • Manage products technically and commercially, through business modeling, financial planning, feasibility studies and any other required activities.
  • Monitor revenues and product take up to ensure that the product is performing according to set KPIs.
  • Prepare specialized reports and various analyses of data upon need.
  • Prepare Presentation and pitch Ideas to Upper management & Clients.


Education & Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Telecommunications Engineering.
  • 5-7 years of experience in Telecommunication, with minimum 3 years' experience in Sales & Marketing.
  • Excellent analytical and synthetic thinking
  • Result oriented, with ability to propose concrete action plans and good problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent command Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Team player.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in Arabic & English.
  • Advanced product management skills.
  • Agility and ability to work under pressure.
  • ICT Products and services Knowledge preferably in cloud computing & Cyber security
