Job Title: ICT Sales Executive

Job Overview:
The ICT Sales Executive will be responsible for generating sales, building relationships with potential clients, and promoting our ICT products and services. This role requires a strong understanding of ICT solutions, as well as the ability to identify and meet client needs with tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential customers for ICT solutions such as network infrastructure, cloud services, and IT security products.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to ensure continued business opportunities.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with the technical team to create customized solutions based on client needs.
• Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
• Provide after-sales support and maintain ongoing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive products to position the company’s offerings effectively.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in ICT sales or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of ICT products and services, including network solutions, cloud technology, and cybersecurity.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field is a plus.
