Quality Auditor

We are looking for a quality auditor to join our team and play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of compliance and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities for this role include:

1. Ensuring compliance through Internal audit planning & management through:

  • Planning the audit schedules.

  • Conducting quality audits and investigating observations and noncompliance for risks, opportunities, and impacts.

  • Updating the internal audit results and closing of audits as per standard and procedure.

2. Promoting customer focus by:

  • Conducting customer feedback surveys.

  • Conducting the Principals Feedback survey, P&I Club survey, Master survey, New Customer survey and Follow-up survey on the customers’ feedback to ensure closure of the main issues received from partners and customers.

  • Managing corrective actions, and process improvements and ensuring that they are done according to the standard and the agreed-upon deadlines.

  • Ensure the correct and smooth operations of vessels’ handling by sending the required Master Surveys, investigating and following up on issues, and conveying the results periodically.

3. Ensure proper documentation of processes:

  • Writing and documenting new procedures and SOPs.

  • Conducting process assessments and re-engineering.

  • Updating current processes.

Candidate’s Minimum Requirements/ Qualifications:


  1. Work experience: Minimum 3 years of experience.

  2. Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering.

  3. Very Good English Language Skills.

  4. Detail Oriented, with high analytical skills.

  5. Very Good Communication & Customer oriented attitude.
