We are seeking an experienced Structural BIM Modeler to join our team in the UAE. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly skilled BIM professional with a strong background in structural engineering to play a key role in large-scale projects. You will be working closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional BIM solutions for a wide variety of high-profile construction projects.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation, modification, and management of detailed structural BIM models using Revit and other relevant BIM software.
• Collaborate with structural engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure structural designs are accurately represented and coordinated in the BIM model.
• Conduct clash detection and coordination between structural, architectural, and MEP disciplines to resolve conflicts.
• Review and optimize structural models to ensure compliance with project specifications, local standards, and international codes.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior BIM modelers, helping them improve their skills and knowledge.
• Generate detailed structural drawings and construction documentation from the BIM model.
• Assist in the preparation of project deliverables, including material take-offs, quantity calculations, and cost estimation.
• Manage the BIM workflow throughout the project lifecycle, from design to construction and handover.
• Ensure that BIM models adhere to company and industry standards for accuracy, consistency, and quality.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Structural BIM Modeler in the construction industry, with a strong focus on structural design and coordination.
• Advanced proficiency in BIM software, especially Revit (and other structural tools such as Navisworks, AutoCAD, Tekla Structures).
• In-depth knowledge of structural systems, materials, and detailing techniques.
• Proven experience in BIM coordination and clash detection.
• Strong understanding of local and international building codes and standards, particularly in the UAE and GCC region.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in BIM or related disciplines (e.g., Revit Structure, Autodesk Certified Professional).
• Experience with structural analysis software and integration into the BIM process.
• Familiarity with 4D (Time) and 5D (Cost) BIM applications is a plus.
• Experience in high-rise, residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of BIM project management and collaboration platforms (e.g., BIM 360, Navisworks).
