  • Lead the implementation of project plans, ensuring that work is carried out in accordance with project objectives, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, identifying any deviations and proactively addressing issues to prevent delays.
  • Implement quality control processes to ensure that project activities adhere to approved plans, specifications, and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to verify workmanship, adherence to design, and compliance with project requirements.
  • Manage and allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure optimal project performance.
  • Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of required resources.
  • Monitor project expenses and expenditures, ensuring adherence to approved budgets.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to optimize project costs without compromising quality.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and addressing any concerns related to site activities.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify potential risks and issues that could impact project success and develop strategies to mitigate or manage them.
  • Implement contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges and changes in project scope.
  • Maintain accurate records of project activities, progress reports, site visits, and communications.
  • Generate comprehensive reports for clients and internal teams, detailing project status, achievements, and challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site.
  • Promote a culture of safety awareness among project personnel and enforce safety protocols.

  • Prepare and write the MOM of the periodic meetings to follow the construction works progress
  • Support with all the required documentation to achieve Mechanical Completion Certificates (MCCs), Ready for Commissioning (RFC) Certificate, Ready for Start Up (RFSU) Certificate and Provisional Acceptance Certificate (PAC).
  • Prepare and issue construction snag list and closely monitor the clearance of list items within a reasonable period.
  • Provide the following deliverables but not limited to:

1. Monthly Progress report.
2. QA/QC reports.
3. HSE reports.
4. Completion Report of Connections works.

  • Ensure the construction supervision in order to carry out the project execution on schedule and in accordance

with the project specifications

  • Attend meeting with Clients, Third Parties etc.
  • Attend all the Company-organized training courses when invited.
  • Awareness of Company’s QHSE Policy and Integrated Management System. Be aware of and obey the Company QHSE rules and perform the activities required by relevant procedures on these issues.


Qualification

  • Have proven experience as a Site Coordinator, Site Manager, Project Manager, or related role within consulting or construction.
  • Have project management certification (e.g., PMP) preferred.
  • Have strong understanding of project management principles, construction processes, and industry best practices.
  • Have excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Be effective leadership and team management abilities.
  • Have proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Have the ability to adapt to changing project requirements and dynamic environments.
  • Be familiar with relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Have proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans, drawings, and specifications.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with project stakeholders.
  • Have strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Have the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Be proficient in MS Office and in using relevant software applications for project documentation and communication.
  • Have more than 10 years’ experience in site supervision/ construction works.
  • Have civil engineering background.
  • Be familiar with on-site operations.
  • GCC/UAE experience required.
